Trusting Your Intuition: A guide to choosing your tools

Crystals are not just beautiful objects; they are powerful tools that can aid us in various aspects of our lives. One of the most magical ways to choose a crystal is almost like allowing the crystal to choose you - following your intuition. I cannot stress this enough- yes, you can absolutely search for crystals by doing some research on what crystals are good for which energies, etc. But there is so much power in allowing yourself to open your third eye. To get you aligned with a stone that matches those frequencies you’re searching for, but in a more YOU way. Here’s some quick tips for how to tap into your inner guidance and select the crystals that will be the most supportive energies for you to work with.

Set your intentions: What are you desiring this crystal to help you with? Whether it’s finding inner peace, enhancing creativity, or attracting abundance, getting clear on your intention can guide you to the right crystal.

Trust your instincts: This comes into play whenever you’re choosing crystals. When you’re shopping in person, it’s really helpful to engage your senses. Notice the colors, textures, the weight of how the stone feels in your hand. But in this scenario - we’re going purely off of vibes. When you’re shopping crystals here (or anywhere online) I urge you to check in with how looking at each of the crystals makes you FEEL. Trust what you’re feeling drawn to.

Keep an open mind: As I mentioned earlier, sometimes crystals really do choose you instead of the other way around. Stay open to unexpected discoveries and trust that the right crystal will find you at the perfect time.

I’ll leave you with this - you can’t fuck up what’s meant for you. I say this in sooo many aspects of my practice and teachings and it applies to crystals too. You cannot and will not choose the wrong crystal. Even if you picked something that was not the “best” piece for your intention, crystals are SO personal and SO versatile. What I mean by this is - whatever it means to you, it will be. You could have a crystal with very specific properties, but at the end of the day, if you associate that crystal with a certain emotion or feeling or thought, THAT is what it will be. It’s all just a palette of different colored energies and frequencies, and YOU are the painter.
